The hotel is good for a short simple stay, staff are attentive and you have everything you need.

It’s a simple no fuss stay. Staff are friendly and facilities are good, a little dated but still clean.

The aircon was loud and didn’t work very well. The bathroom shower also leaked a lot.

The restaurant provides a decent meal at a reasonable price. Also, there is a nice open air area to enjoy the warm weather. The location was very quiet.

Beautiful hotel but isolated

Nice and clean rooms, chick. Liked that it was quiet, and comfortable beds too. Even though it’s isolated, due to it’s location, the hotel had it’s own restaurants and small shop + atm

Too far away from everything except for the pyramids and the Grand egyptian museum that has not opened fully yet. Ideel if that’s what you want to see but not good if you like to explore the city and dive deep into the city culture. anyway everything is far away regardless

Its very good hotel

Its very good hotel... All hotel staff nice and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable... Really the reception guys were amazing, especially smiley faces: Niveen, Alaa,and Mostafa Elsawy, they absolutely top notch, friendly, efficient.

lovely HOT weather short trip

we received our room in short time , room was very nice with all facilities that we required , breakfast in the main restaurant was very good with many varieties and good fresh taste and fast refilling for all the buffet items , we took our dinner in stigenburger restaurant which was fantastic as usual ... hotel employees were very nice and decent , Cairo pyramids hotel pool need some renovation specially surrounding area , pool water wasn't clean enough and was deep for my kids. in general it was a very nice trip .... many thanks ....

it is a good place, facilities still in good condition but definitely not value for money

we spent two days cause we had a wedding next to the hotel I love the room terraces overlooking the garden, the room size is good and the live singing at night by the pool was lovely

very slow response to request, rooms need deep cleaning for curtains we found a ketchup stain in our room curtain and need to spray pesticide for flies and lizards more often

The pyramids view from the room was terrific..

Too many construction Labours in site on the poolside .. Staff needs training and motivation to be matching with 5* regulations..

Overall pretty average. I'd recommend this hotel as a place to sleep, but not to stay.

The room was adequate, the staff were super friendly

Breakfast was pretty poor. I would've liked a better variety and more warm food options. It's also a shame that there's tonnes of construction happening around the hotel, which somewhat ruins the atmosphere of the hotel.

Too much for too less

The pyramid view ,the rest was below average

As we checked in , I was charged 7 dollars more ( for taxes) after I showed the confirmation where was written that taxes are included they said is OK so they did "an discount " (like a favour ,no apology) . The room was not properly cleaned .Not all the food from the restaurant looked fresh during my one week staying.Some staff were not polite.

Spacious rooms.

Spacious rooms. Lovely garden. Bungalows were unexpected, but I enjoyed having direct access to the gardens.

Old furniture in the bungalow rooms. The pool area was very dusty. Balconies were very dusty and did not seem to be included in the daily cleaning routines. The city centre is not easily accessible from this hotel - no public transportation and very expensive taxi fares.

Good, but not worth the money.

The bungalows and gardens are nice. The (only) swimming pool is good and perfect for relaxing. There is a lot of choice in the breakfast buffet. Perfect for a long day of exploring Cairo. The staff is nice and helpfull. You can have snacks or drinks anytime at the bar. The location is good, near to the Pyramids.

The big building was closed and under construction. Also there was no terrace, fitness (not that we needed it) and the big swimming pool with bar was also closed and that whole part was under construction. You can see that the bungalows (the only rooms they actually offer now) are a little bit old. The pictures kinda lied to us, so we think it is pretty expensive for what you get.

Relaxing stay with some areas of the hotel closed for works

Friendly staff and a great location to see the pyramids.

Some more equipment in the gym would be nice. We were not made aware prior to booking that the big swimming pool was closed which was a little disappointing however as it was not peak time it was fine.

The way they treated me.

The way they treated me.. They wanted to separate me from my wife..they wanted me to book another room for her and when I agreed just to relax they said u will not be able to go from a room to another..

The pool displayed on the website is currently closed. Internet kept dropping in and out and slow. The guy that helped us to take the bags up to our hotel room waited outside our room demanding a tip!?!!
